Failure to meet a timeline every once in awhile is not ok but can be justified from time to time. Continuing to make dates farther down the line and not learning from past experience makes you a liar. If I told you I was going to bring milk to your house Monday and didn't come you'd be ok with it the first time. If I continually say I'll be there every Monday and not delivery you'd call me a liar....
