Yep all good points. After being in this for quite some time, it's difficult to say what will and won't move the stock. I think the debt and issuance of shares for debt is a big deal at this point and when we get resolution on how that will be taken care of, if it benefits shareholders, we should see positive movement....recurring revenue growth is a must as well I agree.
