Well....the only reason he one that election was due to the far right. I don't believe in fed taxes per se'.....and everyone got uptight about what he did....but I was in the building industry at that time......and I could sell my spit and call it PL400( glue). He saw it coming(back office)...and did it right......Clinton just reaped what was sown by the internet and construction(ie gc loan). The worst part of that admin is that there was an apparent surplus. No business wants a surplus...especially the gov.
