So in 4 days we have seen on the buy side 1m at .03 as well as .0301. We also saw today a buyer of 800k at .035 or 28k dollars. So in 4 days we have seem what it looks like 1 buyer buy 1.8m at ave of .032 or 58k dollars buy. Clearly this buyer is not a prototype trader that is looking for .01 to .02 imho. This is a pattern we have not seen in quite a long time. I am very encouraged to see this type of activity. Imho the 556k was likely the same seller from the other day. I can be wrong as I have been on many occasions.



Bottom Line: someone with 1.8m shares the last several days sees value and appears not to be a scalper with that type size here. The trading volume was in the 200k range for the last 10 days or so. So volume precedes price. I believe the company stating that filings will be out in a few months is implementing a U.P.O.D. strategy and I believe they will come far sooner than 2 months. I am quite sure Q1 and Q2 are done already. They are unaudited.
