So last time the price was around here, there was talk on this board of 600 million more shares being converted at .0033 due to the debenture. I guess we will see when the a/s is updated. Not sure if it has to close at or below that level or just reach it. Anyone know? It would be great if ntek has already struck a deal to pay off that debt and can retire those shares if the debt deal is still applicable.
