I'm curious to see if Neville has anything to say today prior to the NJ judge making a decision about how to proceed with COR's motion to compel. To date nothing out there publicly about Etrade getting any notice from SEC or FINRA in regards to the CRGP situation, but you'd have to think it likely at this point that Etrade has at least received a request for info from FINRA. Neville may argue that due to ongoing interactions with FINRA, Etrade is not able to share with COR the very info that FINRA is reviewing.
