Don't fool yourself. These people have stolen BILLIONS of dollars from retail nvestors like us. They will consider these ridiculously inadequate fines to be a cost of doing business, make some superficial changes to their overall scheme, and then go right back to stealing from us.
Law enforcement treats these crimes as civil matters. Until they start treating these crimes as serious felonies and giving serious JAIL time to the Presidents and CEOs of these criminal organizations, NOTHING is going to change.
