When the symbol comes PPS goes up massively, from its open which is projected to be a dime, to at least a buck if not higher. I don't know how much of that goes to moving ICBT PPS, but it clears trips and might leave doubles in the dust...I don't know but I think big money is on the sidelines waiting to get in once they see a symbol and know OPERATIONS are about to start..
