I agree with your numbers as a "fair" and "conservative" fundamental valuation T2T2.
Why the PPS has not appreciated in recent months has many puzzled including me, which makes for an even more exciting/interesting future correction IMO.
Listen, it's evident now to the more savvy small/micro cap financial folks that this is being held down by some external force. But, like the tv ad says, a body in motion stays in motion and in our case once this is finally untethered, many will be clicking their heels.
The setup here makes sense and is very telling. As PPS rises, all debt will disappear and we'll be left with a profitable company with sales in excess of 100 million and no debt. Calm Waters/Strong will exercise maybe 40-50% of their warrants, and with the cash ECIG receives from those warrants they pay off remaining debt, which eliminates the other outstanding warrants and we are running hard and fast and new investors will "try" and catch the run.
