I agree for the most part. But again, it's who is working beneath you in Operations. A good leader has "better" people behind his back. Those individuals could become leaders...maybe....but they must be good at what they do! Think of a company that has to micro manage....it will tend to fail. Then, think of a Company that does not need to micro manage because of the talent within.

Ironically, the current president didn't micro-manage.......because he believed ..... and I guarantee he regrets that....one of them..the biggest being..Hillary Clinton.

You might not respect anything about Obama......but I assure you that he just does not appreciate the failures within his OP's...............number one being Hillary Clinton...of which..he gave her that spot because of politics.
