I don't think you need to move on after reading the abstract. We can't reduce the Federal revenue at this point. We need to maintain it while reducing our spending.

Key is within subsidies. Anyone have a total amount spent on all subsidies annually? I believe Energy Subsidies were around 30 billion in 2013.

That's just energy. Those are your tax dollars being spent.
