Agreed on the talent pool on the Republican side. From listening to the republican debates, all seem to have an aspect of experience that would be useful in the presidency.
IMO, would be nice to have a cabinet made up of the republican candidates, picking the candidate with the best negotiation skills, open mindedness to his cabinet, and people skills to be the president.
