No Ex date quoted. Rule 831 Special Ex Dividend Rulings defines the meaning. The exchange has not yet affixed an Ex div. date. This will be done following the pay date. Currently all shares are traded with designation "Dividend On" until pay date, after which Ex-dividend will be affixed by the exchange and the stock will then trade "EX-Dividend"
