I do not see how it is the salesperson responsibility to know all the streaming apps available on the TVs they sell. Heck, most do not have a clue about all the capabilities of all the models.......I bet 50% of them never heard of MGO either.......so I am unsure why the panties are bunched up about a broken promise. Sony, Samsung, and Vizio are promoting the app on their websites and on the displays in stores. The only thing better is a national paid advertisement.....but that could cost a few Million or more depending on geographic size and length of add. Awareness takes time and many here are spreading the word via FB, twitter...etc......so relax or get out.
