Note the following:
Low O/S + very low Float for an OTC stock which is why it moves up quickly.
Stock way undervalued at current prices - hence why it was at .01+ previously before the convertible debt started.
Convertible debt sellers have not been in action at all today - VFIN nowhere + VNDM at .01.
