I'm guessing that probably some stores did and some stores didn't.

I've read messages about some Best Buy employees being well informed about Ultraflix, about as many stories as I have read about some stores not being up to speed. Figure it to be an even mix.

The smart managers trained their employees to use Ultraflix as a tool to sell 4k TVs. It could be managers were aware and just didn't bother to train people...I guess it depends on the store.

The old adage "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink" may apply here. I don't know how much NTEK IR can actually do to to influence the situation with Best Buy training their employees.....

I think it's just going to take time to gain the name recognition. I also know that things don't always work out in a business sense when you are trying to get stuff done,, especially in a small company.

When I get frustrated about share price I take a look at what has been done to move the company forward in the past year.

I think they have made really good progress with more to come.

Hang tough bro. it takes times for good things to happen. I wish things would happen faster too so we longs could be rich and laugh at all the pain we went thru to get there....
