Hi all! Just came across a blog update from Brenda Hamilton about the CRGP saga. It's rather long and the first half is basically a recap of last fall, but later she debates the legal strategy of COR's current efforts with their subpoenas of Etrade, Ihub and National Financial Services (Fidelity). COR withdrew their case against NFS, Ihub objected to their subpoena, and Etrade has yet to respond. The subpoena is definitely very broad, will be interesting to see what the judge rules.
