I am a shareholder and have been a shareholder other another stock that had the same dividend situation occur. I recieved the same treatment and outcome in that stock that we all are experiencing here today via ETRADE. The fact that ETRADE is surrounded by multiple entities is very telling. With that being said, I have personal evidence from ETRADE that they would look into NAKED SHORT SELLING OF PREVIOUS stock and soon after the SEC issues its fine against them.
And not look were we all are now....same situation however no there are multiple FEDERAL COURT cases going on to place everything on record....because the SEC does not have criminal judicial powers. They only have civil penalty power!
$CRGP stock was traded illegally and ETRADE IS INVOLVED.
