What is a "major international aerospace standards distributor"? Specifically, I'm having trouble with the "standards distributor" part. Are they an international parts supplier? Do they create the standards by which aerospace machinery is based? I'm wondering how this fits in with TPAC, and the exact magnitude of this news.
