Hi Walt. Dont add the two zeros.
I have level 2 . the numbers without the 2 digits added are the actual numbers.
right now I show 100k bid at .0023 and 248k ask at .0029 which is accurate ( I watch my trades take down the ask)
so if you bought 248k at .0029 next up is 15k at .003
