VNDM at .01 - VFIN gone.
Shareholders still awaiting confirmation of $5M funding deal - that would allow paying off of remaining convertible debt holders - and confirmation of biometrics company acquisition by mid-February.
I think if VNDM and VFIN stay away for a bit longer people will start hitting the ask rather than trying to guess where to bid.
