If you need to come up with $8,000,000 or so without destroying your company, what do you do? You have assets that are worth enough to cover the 8 large but you can't quite access those assets....not yet anyway. So what do you do?
Bueller..... Bueller.... Beuller.....Anyone?
Proxy to ask your shareholders for the yet to be distributed shares back, a loan of some kind against those shares....or something more clever?
Merely a hypothetical but something to consider. Hey we have time don't we? It's been twelve months so far. Besides, its more interesting than discussing who's bashing, soft bashing, trolling or whatever the horseshit it is that's been discussed today.
So we have this little gaming company with assets that consist of lets say, a few chairs a couple desks, computers, some gaming equipment...oh and the office lease, can't forget the office lease. All of that is simply too complicated to audit in twelve months, apparently. Not to mention those pesky auditors keep running a muck with their abacus. They're make'n a list and check'n it twice gonna find out who's naughty and....I mean to double check all those assets takes time. It also takes time to dilute NTEK and maybe reset the ex-dividend date on the gaming shares. Huh? Reset what? Meanwhile the gaming company starts an unexpected, seemingly sustainable rise in the pps.
How much did I mention NTEK needed to raise? Oh yea, $8mm.
Interesting, the 150,000,000 shares that NTEK hasn't distributed to their shareholders of record on ????? are worth about $7.4 - 8.4 million the past two trading sessions. Hmmmm, will ya look at that, interesting.
I wonder if some of that dilution was to ensure NTEK retains favorable percentage of the gaming company.
A well placed contract or two sends NTGL's pps way up....buyout possibilities, earnings? Everyone wins, NTEK, NTGL, shareholders, everyone.....well, almost everyone. The scumbags lose as they should. They'll take their ball and finally go home, hopefully with a financial foot up their asses!
I'm sure there's more to contract obligations than meets the eye but that discussion is for another day.
Oh, one more thing, does anyone here REALLY believe that NTEK NEEDS to sell stock at .0039pps in order to pay the bills and keep the doors open? Anyone? IF you do, I guess the fact that you found this stock is like the old saying, 'even a blind squirrel will find a nut every now and then'.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it, Bitches!
