And when the 15c2-11 is attemped when on the greys...Finra will never approve mm sponsorship to an issuer to be pink again. They will never allow the potential liability.The only way out is a merger, buyout, or privatization. At that point all defense legal fees and audit expenses are used in the drawn out registration process just get back to good standing....Its a hustle!
