Discount brokerages...
You can't sell billion's of shares and then change the game plan on the buyer...
It is a anti trust violation at the least...
Not being able to get shares certified in time for a immediate release divvy...because the brokerage left the DTCC system isn't the companies fault...nor is it the traders fault.
Being 3 weeks late on a immediate release divvy in a CASH account is Security Fraud...imo However I am sure they have a OUT.
Ha...protect the investor...How does charging surcharges to investor's that buy and sell penny stock protect them? Tells me they aren't big enough to cover the risk.
Now I live buy their rules and that is trading no more than the average daily volume under .10 per share. and no surcharges after $2...
I won't pay surcharges and their are at least 8 certs in the ENTI ...ss imo
