Look, I can't speculate as to why the dividend was annoucened without knowing a whole lot of details about the behind-the-scenes Mexican companies that seemed to be funding this stock (like paying Carter and Navarro for example). There was obviously a complicated structure in place, as CRGP was a shell used to gain access to American capital, and held little value itself.
If there was a grander conspiracy at play...then I guess we'll find out. I'm not holding my breath. /popcorn
