Cervian Capital, an activist investment group from Sweden, reported an 8% (18,245,396 shares) stake in Platform Specialty stock today. Cevian Capital has $10.94B assets under management. Founded in 2002 by Christer Gardell and Lars Förberg, Cevian focuses on investing in companies overlooked or misunderstood by the market and in many instances out of favor with investors.
