my thought is 3:1 so If $3-5 is ENTI threshold...
$9-15 is DUTV Threshold...
Blue Blue B.V. , well you have to attach that $156.66 per share on 1.2 Billion shares and 7.8 billion in sales some where...
Until you get all those SEC reported shorts certs the sky is the limit and BV is in the wings until then...imo
