696 million /3 = 232 certs
Should be 114 million pre mmx day ENTI left at ENTI to clear 8 certs
232+8 = 240 SEC reported shorts at PTEL
2.4 Billion old ENTI control shares + 300 Million DUTV = 2.7 Million
1.252-.300-.696 = .256 - .167 over sold - .167 = (.078) Not enough shares
93 Million in that OTCQB holding company though
