I agree. I was hoping (as the rest of us) for some mention of future plans (filing, revenues, etc) but this was not the appropriate venue to discuss those topics.

I was bothered yesterday when reading the Counter as it sounded to me that HJOE was fighting paying back the 64k principle and I could not see a court favoring that decision. After reading the PR a few times this morning , it sounds like they have already paid back the 64k principle.
