The damage to the share price and the company has already been done a long time ago. Didn't the pln case drag on for a couple years? Is this just going to be another case that drags on for years and then HJOE gets nothing? If this is the last toxic loan they just need to settle it and get on with running their business. The last thing they need is to spend more money on a lawsuit that gets them nothing in return
