Looking at the bigger picture, I think a court ruling in favor of HJOE on any of the USARY causes of action would change the landscape of how these toxic companies operate. These folks could care less about shareholders, and even worse the companies that take these loans feel the same way towards their shareholders.
I've been trying to find other penny stocks that went to court and used Usary as a cause of action, stock manipulation, etc. I haven't been able to find a case like this. I'm no expert and I'm sure there are some cases out there, . But if there isn't this certainly would set precedence especially if it went to an appellate court .
