The debacle with PLN left HJOE in a very bad position. More or less one of 2 choices. File bankruptcy and go out of business.
Or take the only financing they could get no matter how bad the terms were. And start rebulding what they started. Say what you will buy not many companies would have continued after a blow like PLN delivered to HJOE.
Now I know the court records show the PLN case was dismissed by both parties. But lets just say it's not the first time I've seen a settlement reached this way.
