They always give me the SS. But that has nothing to do with me calling them today. Joel told me to request my certificates from the brokerage I use, I did. My brokerage then told me to contact the TA for certificates, I did. The TA now says my brokerage must have been mistaken so I will once again contact my brokerage to request my certificates. That is all. As Joel instructed me. But I doubt he follows through with purchasing my shares based on his history.
