I didn't expect 30 million but selling another million of series H which was set up to eliminate the horrendous series G which also backfired has me extremely gun shy.
Jrock on the other board says that "this is a bridge" which I hope will create a better deal in the near term.
The 7 weeks are interesting because it puts us right at the next Monaco growth forum and almost into the 2nd quarter which is when we close the LOI.
I understand why we sold the another million to keep the lights on and Jeff and infusion have a lot of money invested so the 1.5 million to eliminate toxic dilution makes sense from their perspective.
I guess we are gonna play the wait and see game and hopefully we will know more in the next couple of weeks.
