Imo, most often when a bod member leaves, the reason is not stated, nor is it important.

Some reorganizing, shuffling of duties etc is in play. We need to be observers, let it develop, then assess it all another day.

As for the former CEO's shares, ditto above thoughts.

Very sad it is playing out like this, meaning this Man's dream was not realized, but it will in his honor....I'm 100% confident.
