Good question...
My PEG Inc divvy's were listed as a Spin-off...
The only Spin-off in play at the time was Blue Bull...
Then they went and merged my PEG inc into Encounter Tech Restricted..after 1711.156:1 R/S...
19.9 Billion at PTEL 100,000,000 I believe stayed at PTEL 17.1 was R/S'd I guess 20,000:1... leaves a 2.7 Billion spin-off to B.B. only problem filing said 3.51 billion...
You's have to check my number against the filing...I think the numbers aare close...
