KBM Note. My question is how we know for sure that KBM is the last toxic note that needs to be taken care of? Is there proof have they said anything? Veal did say that they would file in 2016 but they don't HAVE to file until towards the end of the year. If anyone has anything firm knowledge on KBM being the last toxic note, that would be great.
