Etrade's response is due today. We should see something posted to Pacer tonight or tomorrow, unless of course Etrade completely ignores the subpoena and chooses not to respond yet again, though I doubt they would take that risk. The judge in the case is scheduled to address COR's motion to compel on Monday - if Etrade does nothing today I think there's a good chance he lets everything COR asked for go through. If Etrade makes a good argument he may take that under advisement and take a few weeks to rule on the motion to compel.
