I wonder if this was the other (unidentified) NDA we had been hearing about[?]. This came out of left-field but is a very welcome development & is pretty much a watershed moment for QMC...kudos to Steve & co for pulling it off. Somehow I doubt GTG would be committing that much dough if they weren't pretty damn certain that there's more to this than meets the eye...as-in a relative certainty that contracts are coming our way. Looks like 2016 is-indeed 'finally' our year to shine Congrats to the believers , one & all.
