I had hoped to read somewhere that HJOE had attempted to pay back the 64k but KBM refused. It seems to me that the court will require HJOE to pay back the 64k but that is just IMO I am hoping for the company to shed some light on this topic along with filings, revenue, etc. in a PR soon!!
