there are/would be complications due to USA (and Canadian equivalent) SEC insider info rules-
all of those groups have to comply with such rules- so none of those groups can reveal material info different from the publicly revealed info, except under confidentiality exceptions (not publicly reported)
and if they do reveal such things WOLV would be required to issue a PR with such info within 24? hours
so we rely primarily on official reports filed with SEC such as 10Q (many pennies are not even SEC reporting and thus don't even have 10q's etc), and secondarily from website and other sources.
so none of those groups can give us material info not included in the official reports or a PR
thus the importance of individual free research and investigation which is not yet prohibited in this supposedly free country-which is a hallmark of these boards
if "Casterd, Haderer, Rich or Chalk" wanted to provide more info they would have done so in such official public venues (for their own protection re insider info rules)
so as jrlss etc have reported, the lack of such info and the wording used is strong circumstantial evidence of what has transpired so far-e.g., no secured funding yet- or they would have been required to report such (details can be kept private as per NDA's)
usually takes a long time to learn these rules -and most never do- so it was a great question-thanks for posting
