What has always been puzzling to me is why investors simply choose to trust the insiders at PTOI. Not only have Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle never earned anyone's trust--they've decisively shown investors that you shouldn't trust them further than you can throw them. How many instances of fraud, lying and withholding material information do investors need before they suspect the insiders aren't honest people??
At this point, you should probably keep your shares. It looks like the company hasn't been issuing shares to be dumped on the market, other than the fraud-settlement dividend that investors are paying themselves, so you're just trading among yourselves anyway.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
