New mgmt team in place had a reason, which they can do, so they did.
I own a stock in which the BOD requested of Shareholders to add 50 mln shares via proxy vote in 2008. It was approved....
In 8 years, they have used none of them.
It's an OTCQB exchange, we are PK....don't need our permission.
Can't say I like it, but they did not call me for an opinion...lol
