Also, make sure you actively use the review process and get an admin to review any post deletions. There is a moderator on ihub that spams the board with bash and deletes positive posts.

If enough people report TOS violations that moderator can be removed. Be ready to take the moderator spot when it opens up. Get in the queue.

Watch the board and report all violations and inappropriate deletions to IHAdmin. Do not post the discussion on the main board.
