The companies are merged and have been working together since 9/24. There was an 8k filing on 9/28 announcing the merger. The merger will not be complete until a follow up 8k is filed showing 2 years of audited financials for UMS. That has not yet been filed. According to a phone call with UMS in December they said the merger would be complete in February. Complete means the final 8k was filed so we are hoping to get that filing at any time through the end of February.

No one knows for certain. The company said they are working on filings but they can't divulge the date they will be filed.
