Absolutely agree, the least you can take of any drug, the better. Maybe they are seeing varying efficacy depending on dose, and that's why they put that "optimization" comment in. I wish I could remember what company it was that rushed to put out their data, and didn't separate the low-dose arms from the rest of the clinical trial, so people jumped to the conclusion that their stuff didn't work when in fact it DID work, just not a low doses. Torpedoed the stock.
