140M volume so far today - all buys at .0002 and .0003.
Nobody who bought .0002 appears to be putting up to sell for 1-tick at .0003 - still around 32M it was at .0003 when daily volume was only 30M in buys at .0002.
It is mostly only longs that know about INCC - the company has suffered from a number of frustrating delays to implementation of it's business plans over the last 18 months.
It is possible that there is a short position - watch for any cover transactions as a clue.
