i was hoping to dwell a bit more on yesterdays post about the shareholder who owned 10% of the company who was engaged in a steady sell-off of his shares over several months, which violated SEC rules, and which may be the biggest reason the share price is where it is today.
the gist of the post was that this shareholder is, perhaps, done with this activity and the share price is almost certain to increase now without this downward pressure.
the deletion of this post creates as many questions than the original post itself. was the original posting a factual error, or was this perhaps information not meant for the public? since the post was only up for such a short period of time, and it was during the carolina football game last night, most of us never saw it.
