I thought I saw it in an 8k somewhere. I re-read the Annual. Every time I re read it, I find some other great tidbit.

Anyway, It looks like Meadows has finished converting to be paid back from previous loans. Now he is a preferred holder with limited dilution capability.

We could start to see some good price action this week.
