Yes, it was mentioned long, long ago that UltraFlix did not have a copyright for the word Ultraflix on another Board.

NTEK has since proved them wrong.

I am pretty sure that NTEK also had the copyrights to:

"THE FUTURE OF TELEVISION"

I believe Apple bought the rights to that slogan and that was what NTEK was referring to when they said the market Cap would be going higher for NTEK.

I also believe NTEK spent the money on something else instead of sending out any Proxy.

Reason:

Apple refuses to have their name mentioned in reference to a stock under $.01 per share.[Very paranoid].

I absolutely believe We will not get a Proxy or our NTGL shares in the immediate Future.

Maybe further down the Road when We become profitable.
